Dennis Wall is a sole practitioner with a unique practice. Dennis Wall is the author of the leading book on Bad Faith, "Litigation and Prevention of Insurer Bad Faith," (Shepard's/McGraw-Hill Companies Second Edition; West Publishing Company 2010 Supplement Third Edition to be published in 2011 by Thomson/West). This Book is the product of three decades of research and analysis. Updated annually, to date it reviews 3,800 cases, statutes, regulations, and other legal authorities in 1,418 printed pages and 14 Chapters addressing 367 Sections of Insurance issues, plus 11 Appendices, in Print and Online.

Dennis Wall is also the Co-Author of "CAT Claims: Insurance Coverage for Natural and Man-Made Disasters" (2008 Thomson/West, 2009 Supplement).

A frequent presenter on Insurance topics, Mr. Wall has been authorized by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation to make Adjuster Licensing Ethics Credits available by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (Florida Department of Insurance).

AMERICAN LAW INSTITUTE ELECTION. On December 6, 2009 DENNIS WALL was elected to the American Law Institute. The ALI is made up of over 4,000 judges and lawyers of the highest qualifications. One of the most prestigious organizations open to selected lawyers, the ALI is the leading independent organization in the United States dedicated to producing quality work to clarify and modernize the law and to make the law work better.

AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION SELECTS DENNIS WALL TO BE CO-CHAIR, HEALTH, LIFE AND DISABILITY INSURANCE SUBCOMMITTEE. DENNIS WALL has been appointed Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Subcommittee on Health, Life and Disability Insurance. The A.B.A. appointment is for a two-year term, through 2011.

ONE SOLE PRACTITIONER FROM AMONG THOUSANDS OF ATTORNEYS has again been selected by the Lawyers of Florida to be included among "Florida Super Lawyers 2009" repeating his selection for each of the past three years running among "Florida Super Lawyers 2009" DENNIS WALL was selected by his peers for the area of Insurance Coverage.
